'Everyone can learn to paint'
Only the Best
I firmly believe that everyone can learn to paint! I started Paint & Craft Art Workshops in 2023 and have proven that everyone who thought they would never be able to learn to paint, has actually learned to paint and surprised themselves too! In my workshops I select painting subjects and deconstruct into step by step stages for teaching. I have shown that with the correct teaching strategies including demonstration, instruction and guidance, everyone can learn how to paint and have fun in the process. Art and creativity are essential to our wellbeing and particularly in our current fast-paced environment, it is important to find an enjoyable and effective method of relaxation. Art can help to reduce and manage stress levels and can provide many psychological benefits. My artists have reported a more positive outlook on life with actually 'looking and seeing' things differently, in a clearer more artistic, creative way than ever before. They have confirmed that they are really enjoying Art and the enhanced quality it brings to their every day lives. In addition, art is subjective, we are all individuals with our own abilities and artistic styles and preferences. Art is for Everyone!
